Albert Amateau. 105 years was asked as to how he managed to maintain good health. He was an an avid walker who walked 4 to 5 miles a day without fail. His physician, 50 years his junior, was amazed.
"What do you do when it rains,?" asked the doctor.
"I put on a raincoat," the old man replied.
